CRM Solution Architect
The Lansdale Group is seeking experienced candidates to fill consulting positions assisting our customers in the implementation of CRM automation solutions. Lansdale Group consultants assist our clients in requirements analysis, project management, solution design, and programming of CRM solutions based on packaged business applications from leading CRM vendors including Oracle/Siebel, Microsoft, CDC Software/Pivotal, and Salesforce.com. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication skills; several years of programming experience in c#; experience with at least Pivotal CRM, Micorosoft CRM, or Salesforce.com; and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Sales Representative
The Lansdale Group is seeking an entry level sales representative to sell our software products and related services to prospective customers. Lansdale Group products include software products we resell from leading CRM system vendors including Pivotal, Microsoft, and Netsuite as well as add-on products and vertical industry templates developed by the Lansdale Group. Our services include CRM system implementation services to new and existing users of these products. Lansdale Group sales representative responsibilities include:
- Identify new leads through local market research, referrals, cold calls, and other sources.
- Develop leads through phone calls, email, regular mail, web conference, and face-to-face appointments.
- Demonstrate CRM software products to prospective customers.
- Assist in all activities required to close new business.
- Assist in some post-closing activities and corporate administrative functions.
Ideal candidates are energetic, enthusiastic, and articulate and have a strong interest and some experience in software development. Candidates must be resourceful self-starters and highly proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
