Lansdale Group has released the Lansdale Salesforce Integration for PointClickCare on the PointClickCare Marketplace. Lansdale Group’s Salesforce to PointClickCare integration solution enables organizations utilizing Lansdale Group’s Salesforce Implementation Template for Senior Living to send Patients/Residents from Salesforce to PointClickCare and pull back occupancy information to support full closed loop lead to resident stay reporting.

Maintain Occupancy in Salesforce

Customers utilizing Lansdale Group’s Senior Living Implementation template for Salesforce (supports Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud) can automatically update Lansdale Group’s Occupancy model in Salesforce based on PointClickCare data.

Send Resident Stay Information from PointClickCare to Salesforce

Pull Resident Stay information from PointClickCare to Salesforce to enable full closed loop Lead to Stay lifecycle reporting.

Send Salesforce Residents to PointClickCare

Trigger automated sends of Salesforce contacts to PointClickCare as Pending Patients. Supports Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
