Lansdale Group announces the release of an integration solution that allows Post-Acute providers using Salesforce for CRM to receive referrals from Navihealth directly in Salesforce. Navihealth allows Post-Acute providers to collaborate in real-time with hospitals, health systems, physician groups, ACOs and other post-acute care providers to eliminate siloes to improve relationships and bolster preferred provider status. With Lansdale Group’s integration to Salesforce, Post-Acute providers save time performing data entry and ensure accurate attribution of referrals to referral sources. In combination with Lansdale’s Salesforce implementation template for senior living, the integration to Navihealth allows for a true closed loop referral management solution which aligns referral development sales activities with resulting referrals and admissions in effort vs. results reporting.
